Senator Chapman moved to amend the bill on page 5, section 3kk, lines 7 through 9, by striking out the proviso and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso, to read as follows:

“Provided, That county commissions shall prohibit the use of any and all products containing glyphosate, a known carcinogen.”
